We are a non-denominational church that desires to do the mission Jesus commanded us to do which is to make disciples and baptize them in the name of father son and Holy Spirit. We desire that every gathering would be a time of celebration as we praise and worship together as a community. Thrive Culture church exist to win the lost and help a generation thrive in Christ.

At Thrive Culture, our doors are wide open to people from all backgrounds, regardless of where they are on their spiritual journey. What people usually notice first about us is the welcoming atmosphere.
Our goal is to see people from every tribe and every tongue encounter God’s love through engaging, powerful worship experiences that offer biblical truths in relevant and practical ways.
Our Story
Our story goes as far back as 2015 when Pastors Erny & Danesa Francisco launched Restoration Worship Church in Providence, RI. Our vision has been to help people know God, find restoration, discover purpose, and make a difference.
In 2024 we sensed that God was leading us to expand the vision and build on the foundation of restoring a generation one soul at a time. As a result on September 8, 2024 Restoration Worship becomes Thrive Culture church with a focus driven to help people go beyond salvation and into a deeper connection with God’s presence and his purpose.
Meet Our Pastors
In 2012 Pastors Erny and Danesa Francisco received a vision to see lives restored and transformed through out Southern New England. In 2015, they founded a multi-cultural church in the city of Providence, RI, known for its dynamic culture focused on leading families to encounter the love of Jesus and the transformational power of the Holy Spirit.
Although Pastor Erny is a third-generation pastor but had to discover God for himself and as such at the age of twenty three, he made the bold decision to leave behind his past life and accept the calling of leading a new generation to Christ. While Pastor Dee was not raised in the church, her radical transformation after accepting Christ has been essential in embracing the lost and broken of this generation and empower them to thrive.
Their legacy includes two children, Natalia and Christian, who are the motive to this couple’s pursuit to leave a legacy of service to the Lord and His people!
